Available for early check in. Great location. Near to halal eateries. Close to Amanjaya mall. Quiet neighbourhood even facing main road. Reasonable and worth the price. Ample parking slots available. Coway machine and iron provided in the hallway.

1) I wrongly booked urban inn stay in alor setar. luckily the hotel manager was really considerate of a full refund (supposedly can’t) and we managed to book the SP sg petani branch. 2) a convenient shop just next door.

Urban Inn is just a 5 mins drive from Cinta Sayang area, that’s a plus and the hotel looks normal outside but is very impressive inside with friendly staffs and amenities such as air filter cleaning the inside air of the common areas and well positioned water filter for easy access to drinking water. The room is clean and has an impressive huge Android smart tv and outside they even have an ironing room area for you to prep yourself before heading for dinner/meetings. I will return that’s for sure, a gem of value hidden in SP.

Its considered new. Water pressure 👍🏼. Clean room. Water purifier is everywhere. Convenience store is just next door.

The room is clean, the water pressure is strong. There are water dispenser available at a few corners of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free wifi helps a lot.

I like every single thing about the hotel. They provided more than what I expected and worth for the price for 3 days and 2 night stay. The hotel room and toilet are pretty big and the hotel is pretty new and also easily accessible where it is located closed to the housing area where you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the SP city. The staff were friendly. I like the lobby decoration on the second floor. Basic room amenities are complete. CCTV are almost everywhere in the lobby and the hall way which make our stay was a lot safer.
